Dear users, in the following we, Adam Hall GmbH, Adam-Hall-Straße 1, 61267 Neu-Anspach ("Adam Hall", "we", "us"), inform you about data protection when using the LD Systems MAUI® MIX APP ("App"), QUESTRA Panels App, MAILA App (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "App").
Data protection is a top priority for us. This is one of the reasons why we have decided against processing personal data of the users of the App.
When using the App, in particular:
- no registration or inventory datais required
- no logging data is collected
- no location data is used
- no usage or tracking data is collected
- no data is processed for advertising purposes
- no data is passed on to third parties
The app also does not use cookies and does not access information stored on your end device for the purpose of recognition or similar. Only non-personal data is processed via the app, which is used for the wireless configuration and control of LD Systems MAUI® MIX.
The app transmits technical data via Bluetooth LE to the LD Systems MAUI® MIX device that the user wants to control with the App. The transmission is unencrypted. Please note that you are responsible for the security of the Bluetooth LE connection. Please refer to the operating instructions for the security settings of the LD Systems MAUI® MIX.
Downloading the app via the respective app stores
Our app is offered via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (hereinafter "App Stores"). We have no influence on the data collection by the App Stores and are not responsible for it. Access rights
The app asks the user for access rights to Bluetooth communication. The query is standardised by the operating system used on your end device. In the case of access authorisation, the data is not transferred to servers and is not transmitted to third parties.
Local storage of configurations
Configurations of presets, eq settings and scene settings are saved within the App on your end device and can not be shared. Deleting the app will also delete the saved settings. Third parties have no access to the data.
