Adam Hall Integrated Systems is expanding its international dealer network. With immediate effect, the installation solutions from LD Systems are available in the Nordic region exclusively via the Norwegian distributor and wholesaler Leteng AS. In addition, Leteng customers can also access installation products from the Palmer, Gravity, Adam Hall Cables and Adam Hall 19‘’ Parts portfolio. With the partnership, the market segment of the Adam Hall Group is adding to its constantly growing dealer availability in order to offer specialist planners, integrators and installation service providers the full range of Integrated Systems solutions for the fixed installation market. Leteng AS is a Norwegian distributor of audio, video and IT products based in Oslo. Founded in 1984, the company specialises in professional solutions in the fields of cables, networks and signal processing for AV installations. A majestic stage for a very special day: ‘The Grand Banqueting Suite’ in Bradford, England is primarily aimed at wedding parties from Asia and offers everything that characterises a magnificent wedding celebration: Plasterwork on walls and ceilings, neoclassical columns, gigantic chandeliers and sweeping staircases for the grand entrance. To ensure that the ‘wow’ factor is also emphasised acoustically, the team from ShropshireNet Limited opted for a multi-zone sound system based on audio solutions from LD Systems. Centralised audio and lighting control is provided by QUESTRA Design & Management Software. The Grand Banqueting Suite includes several areas spread over three floors: via the entrance hall on the ground floor, visitors enter the impressive main hall with a capacity of 1,500 people. This is where an essential element of every Asian wedding takes place: the bride & groom entrée, the joint entrance of the wedding couple. Guangzhou Foreign Language School (GFS) is one of the first public foreign language schools in the People’s Republic of China. Pupils can learn English, German, French, Japanese, Russian and other languages on the extensive campus. One of the largest rooms at the GFS is a 500 m2 auditorium with a large LED wall, which was recently equipped with a new sound system. Working together with the Chinese distributor Eatrend Audiovisual Technology, the operators opted for an LD Systems MAILA L system in combination with LD Systems STINGER 8A G3 loudspeakers. “The previous system was a conventional line array with double 8ʺ elements that, due to its size, obstructed the clear view of the LED screen at the back of the stage,” explains Caleb Cai, Marketing Director at Eatrend Audiovisual Technology. “The customer needed a system that was both more compact and more powerful. In the end, the choice fell on MAILA from LD Systems.” The flown MAILA arrays, each consisting of six MAILA SAT array satellites and a MAILA COL column speaker element with integrated power amplifier, cover the ground-level, slightly ascending rows of seats, while STINGER 8A G3s provide targeted sound reinforcement for the upper tier.
