Terms and Conditions for LD Systems Brand Survey Sweepstakes
Subject of the Conditions of Participation and Organizer
(1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the sweepstakes and any necessary transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the sweepstakes take place within the LD Systems Brand Survey.
(2) The organizer of the sweepstakes is Adam Hall GmbH, Adam-Hall-Strasse 1, 61267 Neu-Anspach.
(3) By participating in the sweepstakes, these conditions of participation are accepted.
(4) The sweepstakes is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by third-party platforms.
Participation
(1) Everyone who has reached the age of 18 is entitled to participate in the sweepstakes. Employees of Adam Hall GmbH and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not allowed.
(2) Eligible participants can enter the sweepstakes by completing the LD Systems Brand Survey and submitting the required information within the survey.
(3) The sweepstakes begins on 23.05.2025 at 12:00 CEST and ends on 01.07.2025 at 12:00 CEST.
Prize and Notification
(1) Among all eligible participants, we will randomly select one winner who will receive an exclusive ANNY 8 portable PA System in black.
(2) The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants within 48 hours after the closing date for entries. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey and asked to reply within five working days with their complete and accurate personal details. This information will be used to deliver the prize.
(3) If the winner does not respond within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires, and we reserve the right to carry out a substitute draw.
(4) Only one prize is possible per participating person.
(5) The prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
(6) The prize will be sent to the winner by post to the address provided. The risk transfers to the winner upon handing the prize over to the delivery service. We are not liable for delivery damage.
Liability and Indemnification
By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to indemnify Adam Hall GmbH from any liability related to the sweepstakes.
Exclusion
(1) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant(s) from participation. This particularly applies if incorrect information is provided or applicable laws or third-party rights are violated.
(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize can be subsequently revoked.
Early Termination and Amendments
We reserve the right to prematurely end or modify the sweepstakes at any time for technical reasons (e.g., computer virus, manipulation, or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons, ensuring proper execution cannot be guaranteed.
Privacy
(1) We are responsible for the collection, processing, and use of participants' personal data in accordance with data protection laws. Personal data is exclusively used for conducting the sweepstakes and will be deleted thereafter unless the participant has explicitly consented to further use.
(2) Participants can request information regarding stored personal data at any time. Our data protection declaration, accessible at https://www.adamhall.com/gb-en/private-policy-cookies/, applies accordingly.
Final Provisions
(1) If individual provisions of these conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
(2) German law applies. Legal action regarding the decision of the winner is excluded.
