MAILA SUB P 2 x 15" Passive Bandpass PA Subwoofer

The acoustic concept is based on a planar wave bandpass design with quarter-wave horn and symmetrical driver construction. By placing the two 15" drivers opposite each other, the enclosure provides effective impulse compensation, resulting in a powerful and precise low-frequency punch.

The four large bass reflex openings and the cabinet layout help reduce air-flow losses and noise while maintaining efficiency at low frequencies.

Two docking plates enable direct mounting of a M20 speaker pole or a MAILA COL onto the subwoofer, in either a horizontal or vertical position.

The enclosure is made of 18 mm birch plywood and finished with a hard-wearing polyurea coating for everyday road use. A total of six carrying handles ensure optimum grip during assembly and dismantling. For comfortable transport on longer trips, the optional MAILA SUB castor board is the optimal choice.

We have transferred the MAILA Quick Setup approach into ArmoníaPlus by creating dedicated manufacturer EQs (MEQ) and presets for 250+ MAILA configurations. Select your MAILA configuration and receive the key setup guidance you need – such as pick-up points and satellite curving. The selected configuration includes the required compensation for loudspeaker coupling and air loss over distance, providing a reliable starting point.
